Lemon Brownie Bars

I love lemon! Lemon is one of my favorite flavors and I have been so excited to find so many recipes on Pinterest. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to try many of them, but this is the first of more to come I'm sure.

This recipe is really delicious! I call them brownie bars because they look like cake, but are thick like brownies or desert bars. I hope that you like this recipe as much as the people who came to my mom's open house loved them!

Ingredients
3/4 cup of flour
3/4 cup of sugar
1 stick of butter, softened
2 eggs
3 Tablespoons of lemon juice

Directions
Put flour and sugar in a bowl and add soft butter. In another bowl mix eggs and lemon juice. Pour into dry mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased 8x11.5x2 (or 8x8) pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let it cool before adding glaze.
